A highly dedicated and very popular member of our team in East Cork celebrated 5 years of transforming lives with Odyssey Social Care this week.
Social Care Leader Melissa O’Brien has made an invaluable impact at Riverstone Lodge and Unit Deputy Manager Kevina Leahy lauded her contribution.
“Melissa initially joined us as a student before transitioning to a relief role, and shortly thereafter she was contracted to Riverstone.
“Over the years, she has demonstrated immense dedication and hard work, earning a well-deserved promotion to Social Care Leader in 2024.
“Melissa has played a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the unit, consistently serving as an exemplary role model to the young people, building strong and meaningful relationships with them.”
Kevina added: “Melissa’s commitment to Riverstone is exceptional, and she is a beloved member of the staff team. Her unwavering effort to ensure we consistently provide the highest standard of care to our young people is deeply appreciated by everyone.”
