We were delighted to be part of the Open Doors Initiative Leaders’ Summit on Friday, April 4, where our very own CEO Stacey McGrath was on a panel of experts discussing corporate social justice and migration.
She joined industry leaders Michael Lohan (IDA Ireland), Danny McCoy (Ibec), and Ángel Bello-Cortés (Fragomen). Together, they’re shaping the future of inclusive business!
Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe TD (right), as the keynote speaker, shared his insights on the current business climate, and there were inspiring words from Lord David Puttnam – it was a powerhouse event!
Open Doors Chair Paddy Hayes highlighted how the Initiative is breaking barriers for marginalised communities through training, education, and employment.
Stacey said: “Migration and international recruitment will be a key part of Odyssey’s 3X10X growth and positive impact journey over the next number of years. We’re excited to collaborate in shaping an inclusive, cohesive society.”
