Our recent Shared Learning Day in Portlaoise was a great opportunity for super collaboration, and we also made sure to have fun and celebrate success!
We had presentations across departments, workshops and discussions. The energy is the room was clearly centred around our primary focus – providing quality care for children and young people in our homes.
A key theme from the day was the importance of people development. Odyssey is a place where everyone can learn, thrive and realise their potential.
