Internal Training
At Odyssey Social Care, we are constantly implementing new key skills training across many different platforms. To ensure that it’s accessible to all staff, it’s delivered in ways and at times designed to suit you, from in-person sessions across the country to both interactive and independent training online.
Our Training Team
Our training team includes some of the most experienced and dedicated people in the field of Social Care, with over 30 years of industry experience between them. All our trainers have worked in various positions throughout their careers including relief, core team member, team leader and management. It is this experience that enables our trainers to not only bring vital and relevant information, but also to adapt the training to real life practice for the benefit for our teams and our young people.

Development Opportunities
Odyssey Social Care provides Educational Assistance to encourage its employees to continue their formal education as part of their professional development. In the academic year of 2021/2022 we supported and funded 17 employees with their education needs in courses such as Behavioural Analyst level 8 in Social Care, MA in Social Care Management, HDIP in Applied Social Studies.
