A hugely dedicated and valued member of our team in Co. Limerick celebrated 5 years with Odyssey Social Care on November 1st.
Sabrina Halley is an integral part of Rowanwood Lodge and Unit Manager Darren Coffey can’t speak highly enough of her contribution.
“Sabrina is positive in her interactions with the young people and the staff team and is constantly looking to support both in any way she can,” he says.
“Always enthusiastic, Sabrina has a genuine caring approach which all the young people she has supported here over the years have responded well to.”
Darren adds: “Sabrina has a can-do attitude and is always looking for solutions to ensure that both the young people and staff team have an enjoyable day when she is on shift. She has had a profound impact on all the young people she has supported in Rowanwood but particularly those she has been key worker for.
“Sabrina goes above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of the young people’s care is considered and provided for. She is also a great resource and support to newer staff entering Rowanwood Lodge and is always happy to provide assistance and direction to help them settle in and become more confident in their work.”
Saying “Consistency is the basis to the work we undertake in Rowanwood,” Darren vouched that having reliable team members like Sabrina “allows us to ensure that work is impactful and positive for the young people. We feel very lucky to have her here.”
Thank you Sabrina for your continued work with and devotion to Odyssey Social Care.
