Every day, we strive to create safe homes where young people feel valued and supported.
We refer to our model of care as ‘The Odyssey Way’. Therapeutic and relationship based, it focuses our work on achieving five key outcomes – Resilience, Recovery, Wellbeing, Stability, and Safety.
From offering emotional support to fostering a sense of belonging, we are committed to making a lasting difference to children and young people during their placement journey with us.
